July 6th, 2007

APE (ActionScript Physics Engine) is a free AS3 open source 2D physics engine for use in Flash and Flex, released under the MIT License. We have discovered it with the last Flash Forward festival. It has been ported to AS3, with the possible gain of performances that the new version of AS offers, we will start to experiment with the engine.
The first resources we found on the internet to be able to use the physic engine :

  1. The google group
  2. A simple and short tutorial
